Job Description
The Career Navigator I is the face of our mission at Goodwill assisting program participants seeking economic mobility. They develop career plans, set goals with clear objectives around education, training, employment, and resources to ensure placement and job retention. This person will be responsible for community outreach and engagement, creating partnerships with external resources for participant referrals.
