General Function: The IT Public Safety Administrator oversees the administration of the City's Police Department (PD) systems, applications, and compliance. This role involves providing advanced software support, conducting system analysis and diagnostics for departmental users, and leading IT projects. The position operates with a high level of autonomy and requires handling sensitive and confidential information.
