Description

Join our growing team as a American Airlines Ramp Agent to work collaboratively across teams and departments, provide excellent service to customers and team members, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Other duties include support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with processing returns and exchanges, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
