Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: No Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 Days What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WI or IMLC This Monday-Friday position includes clinic and GI procedures (colonoscopy and UGI) Mon-Tue could be a combination of clinic and procedures or only clinic. (clinic shifts are 8 hours). Wed-Fri is all procedures-no clinic. Friday may only be 1/2 day of procedures or could be a full day. Call available one day per week if interested. No weekends. Available dates July 28-August 1 August 4-8 and September 2-5 (Labor Day not needed) (DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE) At this time these are the only weeks available!
