This hybrid role involves part process design, part AI building, and part change management. Job Description: We are seeking a GenAI-fluent business process analyst to partner with the AI Sales BPR Lead in accelerating AI adoption across Sales Business Process Reengineering. This hybrid role involves part process design, part AI building, and part change management. The successful candidate will map workflows, identify AI opportunities, design and build solutions using prompting and AI tools (not code), and drive adoption across our teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mapping current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) workflows across BPR team roles and Sales Ops functions
- Ability to produce user journey maps that clearly identify AI intervention points
- Experience in shadowing users, running workshops, and interviewing stakeholders to surface pain points and high-value automation opportunities
- Capability to assess and triage AI use cases
- Experience in designing AI-powered workflows that combine prompting, enterprise AI tools, and process automation
- Ability to build and iterate on solutions using Claude and other GenAI tools through expert prompting, not code
- Experience in creating prompt libraries, workflow templates, and reusable playbooks for the team
- Document current-state and future-state workflows across BPR team roles and Sales Ops functions
- Enable champions across the team by training, coaching, and supporting team members to build their own AI workflows
- Drive UAT for AI-powered solutions including test scripts, acceptance criteria, and feedback loops
