Job Description RECRUITER (Permanent) Our client, an international manufacturing organization with its US headquarters in WNY, is looking to add a Recruiter to their growing team.This employee will play a critical role in bringing qualified individuals into the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment frominitial sourcing through interviewing to onboarding of new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gaina firm understanding of the needs of the department and requirements ofthe role
  • Create detailed job descriptions to postto company website, among other job boards, in order to attract qualifiedcandidates
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods togather candidates for each open role (social media, networking events, collegefairs/job boards, etc.)
  • Develop positive & productiverelationships in the community by connecting with local colleges andorganizations to strengthen future pipelines & position the company asa top-employer in WNY
  • Prescreen, qualify, and interviewcandidates, providing company/role information and offering facility tours
  • Act as an ambassador of theorganization-highlighting a positive company culture and rich history
  • Review candidates with hiring managers,offering expert recommendations for qualified candidates to move throughthe interview/hiring process
  • Assist with offer letters, acceptances,and onboarding
  • Support hire hires through the onboardingprocess, ensuring appropriate information is provided and necessarydocumentation is obtained
  • Juggle multiple tasks at a time in afast-paced environment
  • Work well in a team environment as wellas independently
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
  • Position is full-time, directhire
  • $70,000- $85,000 annually depending on experience
  • Associate's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or related; Bachelor'spreferred
  • 4+years' experience in high-volume recruiting-specifically withmanufacturing, engineering, sales roles, etc.
  • Professionaldemeanor and ability to interact with employees
  • Highlyconfidential
  • Greatinterpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strongorganization skills, analytical, and time management skills
  • Meticulousattention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Relocationnot available
