- Shifts: 1-2 clinical ED shifts and 1 administrative day per week
- Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or emergency department clinical practice
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Proven ability to drive operational improvement and ED throughput initiatives
- Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills
- Current, unrestricted medical license (able to practice in Kentucky)
- Provide high-quality clinical care during emergency department (ED) shifts as an emergency medicine physician
- Lead and participate in administrative initiatives focused on improving ED front-end processes, triage, and patient throughput
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nursing, case management, hospital leadership) to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Mentor and support ED staff in best practices, clinical workflows, and process improvements
- Contribute to a positive, productive, and patient-centered work environment
