Description
Director, Integrated Marketing - Snapdragon
Qualcomm is building an Integrated Marketing function to orchestrate brand and demand efforts across its most visible product portfolios. The Director, Integrated Marketing - Snapdragon carries a dual mandate: leading and developing the IM team, while personally owning the integrated marketing strategy for the Snapdragon business unit, spanning Compute, Mobile, Automotive, and Commercial platforms.
This is a working leadership role. You will set the operating model, manage the relationship between Integrated Marketing and Product Marketing, and ensure the team's output scales through a tiered activation framework (Full, Advisory, and Self-Serve). You will also be the lead practitioner on Snapdragon, the company's highest-visibility and most complex portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits :
$187,000.00 - $280,600.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
