Physical Therapist Qualifications

  • Community and/or home health experience preferred
  • Master's degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE-accredited physical therapist education program
  • Current physical therapist license within the state of agency operation, and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
  • Valid CPR certification required
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
