Experiences Manager Luxury Membership & Client Relations

We are seeking an Experiences Manager to oversee a premium membership program serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role combines client relationship management, sales, partnership development, and program execution to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive membership growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value members, delivering personalized service and support
  • Build and maintain relationships with members, prospective clients, and luxury industry partners
  • Coordinate exclusive experiences, events, and access opportunities for members
  • Support membership sales, renewals, and retention initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through partnerships, programming, and member engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and cross-functional teams to execute premium experiences
  • Manage member inquiries and escalations with professionalism and discretion
  • Represent the organization in member-facing and partner-facing environments

Requirements:

  • 46 years of experience in luxury client services, premium memberships, hospitality, events, sales, or relationship management
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-profile clients and industry partners
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience contributing to sales, renewals, or revenue growth initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working with global teams and international clients is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
