ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain productivity and efficiency of the production line

Uphold quality standards for fill heights, cap torques, and appearance of final product

Set up production line every morning

Ensure machinery operates correctly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Perform tank changes and product changes

Wash out lines and filler

Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area

Work in a safe and courteous manner while abiding by the Company's safety policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Work with employees to understand any problems or concerns with machinery

Workflows change frequently, and you may need to quickly adapt to new circumstances or juggle multiple tasks at once

Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance and assist in major repairs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS

Able to lift 50 pounds

Attention to detail

Previous experience with machinery

Strong problem-solving skills

Effective leadership ability

Mechanically inclined

Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting preferred
