Project Delivery Management

In partnership with the Chief Product Manager, maintain a deep understanding of processes and priorities to align squad delivery with value and needs. Own day to day delivery orchestration for data migration squad, including coordination of migration readiness, sequencing, and validation activities. Identify, manage, and address dependencies with external programs working closely with the Technical Product Owner (TPO) and Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Agile SAFe Execution

Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the squad on pragmatic application of SAFe principles in a highly interdependent, delivery focused environment. Support ART level ceremonies such as PI Planning, Inspect Adapt, and System Demos. Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts, Technical Product Owners, architects, and delivery partners. Maintain Jira plans, delivery boards, and execution metrics to ensure transparency. Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans, assumptions, and key decisions. Help manage risks and dependencies related to data quality, system constraints, and migration cutover activities. Enable effective collaboration between globally distributed team members and stakeholders.
