BI Reporting Solutions Developer

Implement end-to-end BI reporting solutions using Tableau. Convert existing Microsoft Access query connections from Oracle to Snowflake, and make any MS query adjustments accordingly. Convert existing data source connections from Oracle to Snowflake, and make any report adjustments accordingly. Transforming business needs into actionable visualizations in Tableau for use by stakeholders. Work with business experts to understand business needs, translate business requirements into system functionality, and ensure that results meet established needs, goals, and timelines. Developing rich interactive visualizations integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources. Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of IT and business stakeholders. Delivering results through strong leadership and a focus on whats best for our customers and users. Adhere to and enforce USGs software development methodology and standards, which include functional and technical designs, code reviews, unit & integration testing. Clearly document and communicate technical designs, solutions, and issues. Maintain a strong focus on positive customer experience through all interactions and delivered products.
