Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Leader located in Atlanta, GA, Columbus, GA, or Birmingham, AL. The ServiceNow Leader will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deployment and utilization of ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including implementation and configuration
  • Experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects
  • CMDB management
  • Agile
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
