Technical Lead eCommerce Licensing & Monetization
She Recruits is working with a global leader in life sciences and technology to identify a Technical Lead eCommerce Licensing & Monetization. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovative licensing and entitlement solutions that fuel SaaS, subscription, and on-premise product strategies.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable licensing and entitlement solutions for SaaS, subscription, and on-prem products.
- Act as the technical authority for license monetization systemsensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards.
- Lead integrations across ERP and customer-facing eCommerce portals.
- Translate business needs into technical architecture and design strategies.
- Partner with software product teams, enterprise architects, and IT stakeholders to align licensing initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor developers, champion best practices, and promote technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms).
- 3+ years of backend development with JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js); Angular experience a plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience (API Gateway, IAM, S3, caching).
- 2+ years in a Technical Lead role guiding mid-to-large development teams.
- Proven expertise in software licensing models, entitlement systems, and eCommerce integration.
- Agile/Scrum experience with the ability to drive projects forward.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for scalable, optimized, and user-centric solutions.

- ERP integration experience
- Enterprise system knowledge

- Hybrid schedule: TueThu onsite, Mon & Fri remote
