Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Outpatient Family Practice | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Days

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established outpatient Family Practice team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primarycare in a collaborative environment while building long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active New York RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $98,000 – $143,000
