Monday through Friday schedule
No travel requirements
Provide radiation treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician
Work collaboratively with the Radiation Oncology team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Educate and communicate effectively with patients and their families throughout the treatment process
Adhere to all radiation safety policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations
Participate in treatment planning and patient care coordination
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams
Monitor patient progress and address treatment-related concerns
Utilize healthcare informatics systems and electronic documentation tools
Opportunity to work with advanced radiation oncology platforms and treatment planning software
Play a critical role in improving patient outcomes and quality of life
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $78,416 - $135,907
$20,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid over two years)

Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent
Current Radiation Therapy Certification in good standing

Experience with radiation oncology treatment planning systems and related software preferred
