Project Manager

Part time position. May be less than 40 hours a week. Hours: 20-40 6 months contract. Pending business needs Tentative Start Date: TBD, anticipating early May Hybrid (In Office Tues, Wed, Thurs) Currently, there is one project that this person would start out managing, which is way it is starting out at approximately 20 hours a week. However, depending on business needs another project could be assigned increasing hours to 40 hours a week. Overtime (hours beyond 40/wk) need to be preapproved by the candidates manager. Highly experienced project manager who can execute complex enterprise-wide projects independently.

Defines projects, identifies, and confirms expected outcomes, establishes timelines, and identifies project team members.

Utilize Bremer's project management artifacts and ensure records are maintained for audit purposes

Prepares reports detailing project status and communicates updates to project stakeholders.

Experience with using varying tools to manage projects depending on the teams' preference (e.g., Jira, MS Teams, Excel, etc.)

Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards.

8 years or more experience in this field.
