About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Software Developer 2 with a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta, and Azure SSO integrations. This role will lead high-impact development efforts within identity and access management (IAM) in a dynamic, Agile environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IAM applications
• Evaluate and test software systems and recommend areas for improvement
• Develop and manage SailPoint IIQ components workflows, rules, connectors
• Integrate identity solutions using Okta and Azure SSO
• Create and maintain secure APIs for access control and identity services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, project managers, and UX teams
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project success

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Agile/Scrum solution delivery experience
• 6+ years of working with SailPoint IIQ architecture and deployment
• 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint development (rules, workflows, connectors, policies)
• 4+ years of Okta SSO integration experience
• 4+ years of API development for external system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently
• Direct experience with Texas State Agency projects or public sector clients
• Knowledge of Azure AD and contemporary IAM frameworks
