Job Description:
Brief description of work expected to perform:
- Analyze and understand the requirements for the HS Improvements project and compare vendors propositions with requirements.
- Test and compare the product developed by the vendor(s) with the initial requirements.
- Ability to operate in a quickly pacing agile environment and communicate with HS case managers and administration, software vendors and understand development approaches and technology.
- Analyze current and new workflows/processes and positively communicate with staff.
- Maintaining relationships with internal staff, department/organizational leaders, and stakeholders.
Top 5 Skills (These are cant live without) in order of importance:
- Understand/ have experience with Human Services and Healthcare Dept(s) programs and services. Defining requirements and prioritizing requirements and getting feedback and approval on requirements.
- Have experience with modern data technology like EHRs, Case management tools, data migration, SQL databases, integration and process modelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools, MS Project and ServiceNow are the preferred.
- Organizational skills, Knowledge of business structure and Stakeholder analysis skills.
- Expertise in using MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint applications.
- Training and experience in requirements development and use case development.
- Outgoing, friendly, easily catches on to understanding business processes in new organizations and new business domains.
- Excellent visualization skills such as workflows, PowerPoints, and so on.
- Great with data analysis can work spreadsheets and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with building test cases, helping users complete successful and thorough UAT test sessions and approve application setup with confidence.
- Ability to build specifications such as report specs or interface specs.
- Experience in coordinating project meetings and helping to track and monitor project deliverables, scope, and deadlines.
- Training and certifications in business analysis skillsets such as requirements management, use cases, user stories, test cases, process modeling, and other business organization analysis and technology analysis.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or social service projects.
