Qualtrics Program Manager

This role will provide support to a dynamic team of research professionals by helping configure data capture, analysis, and reporting systems and working with the research data that flows through those systems.

• Independently lead design, development, and maintenance of Qualtrics programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovate and design efficient solutions for internal teams and external clients.
• Work with teammates to implement new features or change existing features.
• Collaborate with Client Service team and directly with Client to provide proactive guidance on implications of project design in the platform.
• Develop project plan and implementation strategies programs.
• Responsible for resourcing and planning subtasks in the project plan.
• Understands tools/technology capabilities and how those fit within business needs and program roadmap.
• Work with client service teams to ensure technical work on the program falls within project expectation and manages hours accordingly.
• Oversight of account team hours and tracking.
• Provide technical program support to extend reach of programs on both new and existing programs
• Test, debug, and fix bugs in existing programs.

Qualifications include:

• A proven track record for accomplishing detail-oriented tasks, both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to deliver product or technology-based projects for large enterprises
• Ability to leverage a true consulting approach when engaging with clients and the ability to communicate technical concepts to people of all backgrounds and skill levels
• A passion for helping people solve business and technology problems and proven ability to understand progressive technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
