Software Development Engineer

Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or as part of a project team. Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions. Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Develop programming and development standards. Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
