Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Own partner engagements and drive new product releases and enhancements through to launch.

Analyze, design, prioritize, and implement technology products, platforms, and services.

Lead feature definition and prioritization for the software development team.

Write and refine user stories, including acceptance criteria and happy/sad paths.

Develop, document, and configure system specifications aligned with architecture standards and business requirements.

Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for Product Connectivity Solution platforms and features.

Evaluate whether standard platform functionality meets business needs or requires customization.

Document workflows, data mapping, and API specifications.

Collaborate with developers to design and implement platform solutions.

Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with business needs.

Provide guidance to development teams to refine stories and ensure requirements are met.

Work closely with QA teams to validate requirements through testing.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

Establish and document standards, policies, and best practices for product/platform delivery.

Manage quality system documentation and ensure compliance with validation requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Privacy, Cloud, Regulatory, and Quality.

Required Skills:

Strong requirements definition skills including user stories, refinement, and acceptance criteria.

Experience managing version-controlled documentation and creating functional and technical documentation.

Expertise in Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies.

Experience creating functional specifications and API documentation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in regulated software environments.

Healthcare or medical device domain experience.

Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy-by-design principles.

Experience in digital health software and global application development.

Product management experience within software development teams.

Education:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business, or Engineering.
