The role is a Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Employment Litigation. The successful candidate will manage a high‑volume caseload of employment‑related litigation on behalf of a diverse client base, including commercial litigation, labor law, immigration, and general litigation.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other employment‑related matters.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.Participate in all phases of litigation—discovery, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial.Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations under federal, state, and local employment laws.Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and partners.Stay abreast of developments in employment law and advise clients accordingly.Maintain the highest ethical standards and professionalism at all times.QualificationsJuris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state.Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation, focusing on commercial litigation, employment law, labor law, immigration, and general litigation.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Proven ability to manage a high‑volume caseload.Exceptional negotiation and dispute resolution skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and discretion.Proficiency with legal research tools and software.Track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients in employment litigation.Equal Opportunity Employer StatementJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
