Requirements
High School Diploma required. 3+ years supervisory experience required. 4+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement. Excellent organization skills.

2nd Shift
Description
THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION WITH APPROXIMATE WORK HOURS OF 4:15PM TO 12:45AM.
- Responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations, and providing oversight for Supervisors and Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT.
- Ensure maintenance and repairs meet Company, state and federal policies and procedures.
- Work with supervisors to maximize equipment reliability while minimizing costs.
- All other relevant duties to the job.
Requirements
High School Diploma required. 3+ years supervisory experience required. 4+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement. Excellent organization skills.
Physical Requirements
- Constantly stand and/or walk throughout shift.
- Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
- Exposure to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
- Exposure to damp, wet and cold environments.
- Regularly lift 25+ lbs.
- Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
