Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 4x10hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Jun 22, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position at a Level II Trauma Center in Hudson, FL, requiring at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience and a FL or compact RN license. Details Located in a 309-bed Level II Trauma Center in Hudson, FL Assignment is 13 weeks in duration Cardiac Catheterization Lab unit with 3 Cath Labs Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Patient ratio is 1:1 Typical procedures include PCI, Structural Heart, and diagnostic caths GE equipment used in the unit EMR systems: MacLab and Meditech Every other weekend required Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis with hospital staff Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience required BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start ACLS certification required US SSN and DOB required for consideration Two professional references required (due to FL state requirement) No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Unit team consists of 8 RNs, 5 Techs, 2 Lead Techs, and 1 CNC on day shift Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible Navy blue scrubs required for RNs Parking is available anywhere on campus except the ER parking area Staff and physicians are described as collaborative and team-oriented American Traveler Job ID P-719630.
