Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum and ferrous metals for aerospace and defense components
Work to exacting specifications in a NADCAP-accredited facility (NADCAP Accreditation a plus)
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
Maintain weld quality standards per AS9100 and customer requirements
Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to ensure mission-critical components meet specifications
Support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking ForRequired:
Active AWS certification, or at a NADCAP accredited facility
Proven TIG welding experience with Aluminum and ferrous metals
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit and stand for long periods, pass welder vision exam.
Preferred:
3+ years of production welding experience
Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems
Multi-process welding capabilities
NADCAP Certification
