Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Business Analyst to be a member of the Investment Operations Systems team. The position is primarily responsible for assisting in the development of business-critical applications, which leverage the latest Java/JEE and Web technologies. The position requires a skilled individual who can contribute to all phases of the software development project lifecycle from the gathering of requirements through the testing and deployment of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Determines systems specifications based on business requirements, working with business end users to elicit proper solution design
• Works to integrate/implement systems solutions working with development, quality, and release teams
• Produces systems delivery specifications, technical systems design, user procedure documents, training documents, and rollout procedures as applicable
• Works to self-manage projects to budget/estimate and hit deadlines set forth by project leads/managers
• Performs tests to ensure the quality of the solution as a part of the delivery process
• Provides systems analysis support for production issues when needed
• Assist in overall management of project work.
