Director Of Environment & Release Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Environment & Release Management to lead and optimize the planning, coordination, and governance of integrated design releases across our global solutions portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cross-functional software solutions that align with enterprise schedules, vendor timelines, and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong technical acumen, cross-functional coordination skills, and deep experience in global release management practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).

10 years of experience in IT program delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on release or environment management.

Proven experience managing enterprise-wide release and deployment processes across multiple programs and business functions.

Strong technical understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and DevOps tooling.

Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models; ability to lead across matrixed organizations and global delivery centers.

Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, and test environment management platforms.
