Educate patients on disease management and medication adherence
Participate in team meetings and ensure clear communication with staff and patients
What You Need:
Valid Minnesota state license or eligibility to practice
Prior Rheumatology or Internal Medicine experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to patient-centered care
