The ideal candidate will maximize the value of the client's assets, and achieve the operational and financial goals and objectives by developing, implementing, and executing an overall strategic plan for each property and the portfolio.

  • Lead coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of maintenance services, ensuring adherence to client standards and performance expectations.
  • Oversee audit and control systems to ensure compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual obligations.

  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen with a strong P&L understanding.
  • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) is a plus.
