Director Of Operations

A rapidly expanding restaurant company is looking for a director of operations to help lead the charge from emerging concept to multi-market powerhouse. This is an executive-level opportunity for an operator who knows how to build the infrastructure, develop the people, and drive the consistency that makes aggressive growth actually stick.

What You'll Own

Operational Leadership

  • Own day-to-day performance across all locations: food quality, guest experience, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Build scalable operational systems designed to support 15+ units and beyond
  • Create accountability structures, and operational scorecards
  • Identify inefficiencies, close gaps, and protect culture as the footprint expands

Financial Performance

  • Maintain strong P&L oversight across the entire organization
  • Drive sales growth, labor optimization, and cost controls at the unit level
  • Analyze KPIs, build forecasting processes, and develop action plans that move the needle on profitability, guest satisfaction, and retention

People & Culture

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing regional and store-level leaders
  • Build leadership pipelines that grow with the brand
  • Lead with a servant mentality while holding the standard high
  • Foster a culture built on accountability, hospitality, speed, and genuine care for people

Growth & New Openings

  • Oversee operational execution for every new restaurant launch
  • Develop opening playbooks, training systems, and staffing frameworks that scale

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership
  • A proven track record of scaling operations through rapid unit growth
  • Deep financial acumen and command of restaurant P&L
  • The ability to build systems and infrastructure from the ground up
  • Fast casual or QSR background
