Tech Aide Manager
General Description Of Position The Tech Aide Manager leads the coordination, execution, and optimization of frontline imaging support operations across assigned ImageCare locations. This role is responsible for driving efficiency in patient flow, managing Tech Aide staffing and workflows, ensuring MRI safety compliance, and supporting onboarding, training, and departmental performance metrics. The Tech Aide Manager serves as a cross-functional leader, partnering with technologists, front desk teams, and regional leadership to enhance operational efficiency, maintain regulatory standards, and deliver an optimal patient experience.
Anyone successfully hired will need to report to our Mount Olive location on their first day for onboarding.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare or clinical training preferred. Completion of SVC program and workflow training required. Prior experience in healthcare, imaging center, or radiology support environment preferred. Previous supervisory, leadership, or staff scheduling experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Basic computer proficiency required, including use of scheduling and reporting systems. Knowledge of MRI safety workflows and protocols preferred.
Ability To Commute/Relocate
Flu Vaccination & Proof Of MMR Requirement :
