IT Infrastructure Manager

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic IT MSPs and Internal IT Infrastructure Team members. Act as the primary liaison to ensure smooth communication and partnership.

Compliance and Standards Alignment: Ensure that IT MSPs and Internal Infrastructure teams consistently adhere to IT Infrastructure standards, processes, and procedures. Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure and Information Security teams to align strategies and operations.

Contractual Oversight: Oversee and manage the contractual aspects of agreements with MSPs, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on the performance and compliance of MSPs to ensure service delivery meets expectations and requirements.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving alignment and addressing gaps between Client and Business Unit pertaining to IT infrastructure standards, processes and procedure and increasing maturity for IT Infrastructure services.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in MSP operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure proactive management of compliance-related risks.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of the IT Federated Team by aligning MSP activities with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on MSP oversight and compliance.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proven experience in managing complex contractual agreements.

Working and managing highly decentralized environments.

Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure standards and compliance requirements.

Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
