National Accounts Manager

We currently manage a portfolio of 27 communities and more than 7,000 apartment homes throughout the Northeast.
Rose Valley Management is seeking a National Accounts Manager to build, lead, and optimize our National Accounts program across our managed portfolio. This is a highly visible role that combines vendor management, procurement, revenue generation, contract negotiation, and operational execution. You will negotiate portfolio-wide vendor partnerships, oversee resident ancillary programs, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and generate new revenue streams while enhancing the resident experience. Working closely with the President, VP of Property Management, Accounting Team, and Regional Managers, you will help drive measurable financial results across the organization.
