Position Overview The Vice President (VP) serves as the primary engine for growth and operational excellence within JSI's U.S. domestic portfolio, focusing on the state-level health and education ecosystem. This role owns the full business lifecyclefrom strategic capture and market expansion to high-quality deliveryand is responsible for the portfolio's overall financial health. The VP is responsible for achieving annual financial targets, optimizing resource utilization (billability), and expanding JSI's footprint across federal agencies such as HHS, VA and others. As a senior leader, the VP mentors high-performing teams and ensures that federal projects drive measurable public health impact while maintaining the highest standards of contractual compliance.
