About the Role
Gardiner & Theobald is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Management professional to join our growing team. This role may be filled at the Associate Director, Senior Associate Director, or Director level, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects, including office interiors, hospitality, and residential developments. This position combines hands-on project delivery with team leadership, client relationship management, and business development responsibilities.
