Posting Summary - Rutgers University's School of Health Professions (SHP) invites applications for an open-rank, full-time, 12-month, non-tenure-track faculty position serving as Program Director of the Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science (MS-CLS) with the Department of Clinical Laboratory and Medical Imaging Sciences (CLMIS). Major responsibilities are to provide leadership and administration of the program in alignment with the strategic plan of the department and school, including program budget, resource allocation, curricular planning, and assessment. Faculty responsibilities include course development and instruction in remote graduate courses, graduate research advisement, active participation in research, grant writing, and other scholarly activities, and service to the university, school, and professional community.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience - Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree (PhD, ScD, EdD, DCLS, or MD with clinical pathology/laboratory medicine experience). Current U.S. professional certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, MLS(ASCP)CM.

Preferred Qualifications - Preferred Qualifications: Experience in graduate education or program administration. Experience with online curriculum development and teaching. Evidence of scholarly activity, including research, publications, or grant work.
