Description
Workplace Strategist
Ark is HLW's strategy studio that specializes in workplace strategy, design guidelines, and change management services. We have been an active entity supporting HLW as an architecture and design firm for over 15 years. Our team includes architects, psychologists, and data analysts. We use design thinking and quantitative analysis to generate strategies for organizations looking to better understand their workplace and workforce. As part of our team, you will have the chance to bring our clients' visions to life - crafting inspiring and thoughtful spaces and bring clarity to clients in the pursuit of enhanced user experience.
We are seeking an experienced workplace strategist to join our team in New York City. Versatility is key to the success of this role, as this individual will lead our client-facing work in the region. This individual will conceive of and facilitate user engagements, assess occupancy and program data, develop strategic recommendations, generate space budgets, administer, and synthesize workplace surveys. We are also looking for someone experienced in managing and leading a variety of change management programs.
Much of Ark's work is embedded within the interior design and architectural practice of HLW. However, as an independent studio we also actively pursue standalone projects. In addition to client work, a Senior Workplace Strategist is asked to contribute to a variety of internal efforts and initiatives that advance Ark's position as an evidence-based practice and help us evolve.
