Program Management Director - Transit Systems
AECOM is pursuing opportunities to lead the conversion of existing Automatic Train Control Systems to a modern Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) System. Our clients are driven by the need to create modernized and safer systems for transit users that improve system reliability and flexibility. To deliver our clients' visions, AECOM is actively hiring program management leaders who understand the complexities of defining and delivering extensive upgrades of multiple-line transit systems within operating environments.
As a Program Management Director at AECOM, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class programs that create positive social and environmental outcomes, leading complex, multidisciplinary teams across diverse sectors and regions, and working with key clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities include developing and directing the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; planning, organizing, assigning, directing, reviewing, and evaluating team deliverables and performance; managing and directing the work of subconsultants; and providing input into all phases of CBTC program management.
Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS in architecture, engineering, project management, or related field and 12 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
