Purpose of the Job
The Business Development Manager (BDM) Arrow Security is responsible for driving growth of i?PRO video, software, and access control technologies through a strategic, exclusive focus on Arrow Security and its customer base.
This role is centered on helping Arrow and its customers transform traditional manned guarding models by integrating edge AI, intelligent video, access control, and proactive alerting to:
The BDM operates as a field-facing, consultative leader, engaging Arrow leadership, sales team, and end customers to position i-PRO solutions early in the security design and planning process.
