Job Description
- Identify and evaluate new acquisition and investment opportunities within the LIHTC affordable housing sector.
- Develop and execute capital strategies to support the company's property-related initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners.
- Lead negotiations and structure complex financial transactions in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive innovative investment strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Proven expertise in LIHTC affordable housing and capital strategy within the financial services industry.
- A strong network of relationships with investors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Experience leading negotiations and structuring complex financial transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements in the property sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior leadership and stakeholders.
