About the Role
Manage all aspects of the Retail Branch including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all regulatory and operation policies and procedures. Develop and implement an annual plan and strategies to increase branch profit, growth, and customer retention, commit to active involvement in local community organizations. Provide leadership to Branch staff in the execution of branch growth plan.

Office environment. Ability to travel throughout the company footprint. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information to individuals and groups. Ability to navigate throughout the branch to facilitate customer requests and meet operational standards. Ability to operate a computer, phone and operationally essential equipment as required.
