As Director of Nursing, you will manage day-to-day clinical operations of a smaller care center, including ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining quality standards of care, and managing to the budget of the department. What is needed for this position:

• RN license in CO or an enhanced nurse license compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SNF nursing leadership
• Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Skills at developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff
