Regional Director GHE

Reporting to the SVP of Public Sector Sales, the Regional Director of GHE Sales is responsible for strategically and tactically leading the Government, Healthcare, and Education sales organization in direct alignment with Trellix's Go-To-Market strategy. This executive leader is directly accountable for building, motivating, and transforming a world-class team to achieve best-in-class engagement with customers, colleagues, and partners.
The ideal candidate will bring an account-expansion mindset, a deep understanding of SaaS financial drivers (ARR/NRR), and the ability to navigate complex, regulated procurement cycles to drive net-new business growth.
About the Role
You are an inspirational, disciplined sales leader with a track record of outstanding strategic and tactical sales management within the enterprise software sector, combined with an open, honest, and collaborative leadership style.
This position is paid (in part) on a commission basis. The Base Pay Range is $200,000 - $260,000. The On Target Earnings (OTE) Range (base pay plus on target commission) is $400,000 $475,000. Actual base pay within the Base Pay Range and actual OTE within the OTE Range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
