Construction Quality Control Manager
Doyon Management Services, LLC (DMS) provides Design-Build and General Construction Services on demolition, new construction, renovations, repairs, and civil projects at government-owned facilities and military installations. We work with government clients to meet agency goals and deliver high quality construction projects in the safest manner possible.
The construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) holds the primary responsibility of directly reporting to the Project Manager and Corporate Management regarding the verification of adherence to all quality standards across our projects. Operating at the project level, the Quality Control Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises the implementation of construction quality control and quality assurance programs. Additionally, this position is tasked with creating, reviewing, and amending Project Quality Plans to keep current and ensure compliance with the contract, established standards, methods, and specifications.

Working Environment: The majority of the work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, involving interaction with individuals of diverse functions, personalities, and abilities.
Physical Demands: An individual will be required to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and repeat motions.
Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects is required. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small defects or small parts, operation of machines (including inspection), using measurement devices, and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
Salary Range for this position is $99,176.00-$153,200.00 per year.
