Concrete Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Concrete Project Manager in the Washington, DC metro area that has a background working for a specialty contractor. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.

Job Requirements

• Experience in project administration working for a specialty contractor or GC RFIs, submittals, scheduling, documentation, change orders, contract administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience pertaining to masonry, concrete and stone restoration, material conditions (preferred)
• Self-starter, problem solver, team player with strong communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized, well spoken
