Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and daily reports.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project teams.
• Identify and resolve any potential issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
• Monitor and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and performance.

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a well-regarded General Contractor
• A proven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and drive performance in the field
• Experience delivering projects in the $10M-$50M+ range
• Exposure to sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, commercial, MSBA, Massport, MBTA, or light defense
• Strong communication skills paired with a drive to grow within a fast-evolving organization
