Internal Audit Manager

Lead and execute internal audit engagements for investment services operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. Develop and implement audit strategies, methodologies, and programs to identify risks and recommend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess internal controls and operational efficiency. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented by management. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their professional growth and performance. Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and best practices in the financial services sector. Candidates must have deep knowledge of clearing broker-dealer functions and/or the full trade lifecycle, including: execution processes, clearing operations, settlement processes, custody services, proven leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
