The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to address root causes of inefficiencies.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training, communication, and engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular process audits to sustain gains and identify new opportunities for optimization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Black Belt or Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
- Proven experience utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, statistical process control).
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and coach teams on CI principles and tools.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop continuous improvement practitioners.
- Experience implementing automation or digital transformation initiatives.
